Riding Spot

The beginner lagoon is perfect for all novices, as the water is very flat and the wind considerably lighter than anywhere else at the spot. The beach section in front of the center is located on a headland so that you can launch easily and directly from the center. The varied spot offers ideal slalom, freeride and freestyle conditions.

Weather

Safaga

The wind blows side-offshore from the left in the morning and then turns to side shore at around 11am. The wind conditions in the morning favour an excursion to Toubia Island, a sandy island surrounded by turquoise water only 3.8 kilometers away. In the afternoon the steady wind normally blows sideshore.

Station

The center is located on the beautiful and wide beach of Shams Safaga Resort and Shams Lodge, where you find by far the best spot in Safaga. The kitesurfing center is situated separately from the windsurfing center just in front of the 5 star Hotel Shams Prestige.

Team & Equipment

Experienced and fully certified instructors, teach kitesurfing in an environment characterized by a maximum of safety, allowing you to learn the sport without danger or frustration. The center always provide the latest and best North Kiteboarding equipment, approx. 25 Boards, 40 Kites (6,0m² - 18m²), 1x Kitefoil.
